viLogics’ Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) plans are designed to remotely and proactively monitor customer endpoints. They work through the deployment of a sophisticated tool often called an “agent” that is installed on the customers’ devices. When the agent detects an abnormality or issue on the endpoint, it automatically sends out an alert to our team who immediately take the action needed to resolve the problem. We are often able to identify and resolve issues before the customer even notices a problem with their device. Remote monitoring and management technology saves customers’ time and money, as many tasks can be completed remotely and technicians no longer have to travel from office to office to perform routine maintenance and support.
